Sunday 6 February 9:00am –  2:00pm Official contractors & those nominated to build Space Only sites located on the Mezzanine Level.
2:00pm  –  6:00pm As above plus official contractors & those nominated to build Space Only sites on the Ground Floor.
Monday 7 February 8:00am – 10:00pm Space Only build continued.
12:00pm – 10:00pm  Modular shell scheme/ Traditional stands ready for interior decoration.
Tuesday 8 February 8:00am – 12:00pm All stands to be complete, litter and stand construction materials to be removed from the halls by 1200hrs. Stand dressing only after this time.
12:00pm – 4:00pm This time is designated to stand dressing only.

All stands must be completely dressed, and contractors clear of the halls no later than 4:00pm on Tuesday 8 February ready for the OPENING NIGHT at 6:00pm. Under no circumstances will any work be allowed to continue on stands after 4:00pm.

BREAKDOWN HALL OPEN ACCESS FOR …
Thursday 10 February 5:30pm – 10:00pm

Breakdown begins approx 5:30pm, once visitors have cleared the halls. Contractors will not be allowed access for breakdown until all it is deemed safe to do so. Once we are in the breakdown phase all exhibits and portable displays should be removed from the hall.

All exhibits and portable items such as furniture, graphics etc. must be removed by 10:00pm

Dismantling of shell scheme stands will begin at 0800hrs on Friday 11 February. The safety of any items left behind is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Any items left on the stand will be deemed as rubbish and disposed of, and a charge will be incurred.

NB: Ground Floor stands must be removed from the hall by 10:00pm due to forklift movement on Friday.

It is advisable NOT to leave the stand unattended during the breakdown period.
Friday 11 February 8:00am – 12:00pm

Removal of stand fittings and clearance of Space Only sites only. Hall to be completely clear by midday when tenancy of the hall ends, a new event begins.

Exhibitors will be charged for any rubbish left by them or their contractor.

SDS is a TRADE ONLY event and persons under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the Exhibition Hall during build-up and breakdown. Children under the age of 16 will be allowed into the show during the open period with a responsible adult and a child waiver must be signed on entry. NO PUSHCHAIRS will be permitted in the hall at any time.
