They are responsible for Health and Safety, managing the official contractors, liaising with the venue and organising the infrastructure that goes in to creating the event.
Elena and Philippa oversee the strategic development and vision of the show. Together they research and discuss the latest trends, talk to exhibitors, visitors, and industry influencers to make sure the show works effectively for exhibitors and visitors. They also work closely with the rest of the team, to make sure the show is of the highest-quality and delivers for everyone that attends.
It’s not just about selling stands. Catriona and Isabelle help UK companies understand if Speciality & Fine Food Fair is the right show to help build their business. Then of course making sure they choose the right stand to fulfil their objectives.
Andrew and James are experts at working with overseas companies interested in exhibiting. This means working with Country Pavilion Organisers or companies who want to book independently always ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
Clare and Amy’s main focus is to get all the top industry buyers to the show so you can introduce them to your amazing products! They run exciting marketing campaigns through our website, emails and social channels, plus nurturing key relationships with media & industry partners. They work closely with the commercial team to create, support and deliver our commercial and media partnership agreements.
Keterina is responsible for curating cutting-edge content programmes which are truly relevant and educational for the industry, both in terms of being representative of the current issues facing the sector and looking at future trends which are exciting and/or disrupting it.
Combining her knowledge of events and passion for the industry, she brings together thought-leaders, innovators and pioneers to deliver programmes designed to educate, engage and inspire.
Nicola looks out for the latest trends and debates shaking up the food, drink and hospitality sectors, and loves coming across genuinely different and inspiring ideas.
